About Dr. Hibbs

Dr. Hibbs has galvanized thousands of people through penetrating truths that are realized by his dynamic speaking style which influences his effective approach to teaching and life-altering counseling. Dr. Hibbs blends his personal experiences of life with his professional experiences of counseling and education to bring new insights with refreshing simplicity.

Dr. Hibbs focuses his professional pursuit on personal development. He tackles tough subjects of relationships, leadership authenticity, living spirituality and other various personal life challenges. In addition to his active speaking schedule and personal counseling/coaching services, Dr. Hibbs also serves as a faculty member at Adelphi University and Executive Pastor for Long Island Community Fellowship.

Dr. Hibbs holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Ministry from Methodist Theological School in Ohio (MTSO). While at MTSO, Dr. Hibbs participated in consortium work and took inter-disciplinary studies at Ohio State University. Dr. Hibbs specialized through a unique clinical experience with Blanton-Peale Graduate and Counseling Center in Manhattan, New York.

Dr. Hibbs completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Hibbs focuses his research on leadership development.

Dr. Hibbs currently resides in Long Island, New York with his partner.
